The APNC continues to review PIFs from many well-qualified candidates. We are meeting weekly via Zoom and have most recently held three second interviews and look forward to third interviews in the near future. Due to the pandemic, we have needed to get creative and tweak the interview process a bit. Our round of third interviews will involve the candidates teaching an adult education lesson to the APNC via Zoom. Our hope is to eventually bring the candidate God is truly calling to serve with us to Crossroads later this spring or early summer. The APNC prays we may discern God’s call in a candidate who will help Crossroads for many years to come. Please continue to keep us in your prayers.
