Alzheimer’s Support Group
Third Tuesdays, 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. in the Conference Room
Being a caregiver is a very important job, but it is an extremely hard job. You not only have to understand how to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, but caregivers need to make sure they take care of their own health and attitude. This group provides an opportunity for caregivers and participants to develop informal mutual support and social relationships. It is a safe place to get insight, healing, reassurance, comfort, understanding, and practical advice from others that are dealing with the disease.
Meeting monthly on the third Tuesday. Free and open to the public. Click here to register in advance or, call the church office 262-242-1670
