Each year Crossroads is pleased to offer materials for devotional use during the Advent season. Four different options are available starting Wednesday, November 20 (while supplies last) for a suggested donation of $1.00 each near the Welcome Center in the narthex. This year the first Sunday of Advent falls on December 1.
For families with young children, “The Jesus Storybook Bible Advent Guide ”
This child-friendly devotional is like an Advent calendar, with colorful cut-out cards for each day of December matching short readings from “The Jesus Storybook Bible” by Sally Lloyd-Jones, which is given to 4K children at Crossroads. Please see Lara Hauser if you would like one!
For families and adults of all ages, “In Light & Darkness: An Illustrated Devotional ”—This multigenerational devotional offers weekly reflections and discussion questions alongside many opportunities to color, doodle, and draw throughout.
