Mission Giving

Mission Giving

Every year in Advent we are reminded of God’s gift to humanity: Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah and the way of salvation. And we respond with joy to bless and support the Mission & Outreach endeavors of our church and to pass on the love and grace of God to others in need. This Advent we are especially aware of the needs of our neighbors amid this pandemic and are renewed in our call to love and serve in these extraordinary times.

  • Gracious Gifts Alternative Gift Market – honor the people on your Christmas list with a mission-focused item
  •  Angel Tree Project – be a blessing to a child with an incarcerated parent by donating a gift card
  • Mitten Tree – bring warmth to children and adults in need by donating hats, mittens, gloves, and scarves
  • Christmas Flowers – donate in remembrance of loved ones by providing a Christmas flower for members of our congregation who are grieving or homebound
  • Christmas Joy Offering – supporting  church workers in need

So that we and our mission partners might respond safely and thoroughly to bless others out of the abundance we have been given, mission giving will look a bit different this Advent. If you have any questions about how to participate in a specific Advent mission opportunity, please contact the church office.
