We can honor those we love by remembering those who need our love. At this time of year, Crossroads remembers our grieving and homebound friends with a lovely plant.
Download a printable form or complete the Realm online order form now. Paper order forms are also available in the Narthex. Your donation will be made “in honor of” or “in memory of” your loved one. The cost per remembrance is $10.00 and is open through December 17.
The names of those remembered with your gift will be shown during our Christmas Eve worship services.
