Rummage Sale
For 20 years, Crossroads has served our local community by hosting a church-sized  rummage sale in the spring. Most years there is a line that will form before the doors even open in the morning. For some, this is highly anticipated, and provides an opportunity to buy clothing and items that may clothe their family for the next year. This rummage sale certainly helps lower the cost of the summer youth trips as well as offer specific scholarships to students who might otherwise not be able to go. It also provides an opportunity for the youth to work side by side with a wide range of people within our church community. We all work side-by-side to serve others.

For the rummage sale to be a success, we need dozens of people to support the youth by stepping up to help. We need 2 overall coordinators who can help with overall planning. These roles will require planning work that will start right away and continue until after the rummage sale is complete. We also need 15 area coordinators who will commit 15-20 hours of time during the week leading up to the rummage sale as well as on May 4 which is the scheduled day of the rummage sale. These area coordinators will oversee their specific area such as women’s clothing, sporting goods, furniture, etc. We need each of these 17 roles to be committed to by March 3 in order for this rummage sale to happen. Please pray and consider how God might use you along with your church family to support the youth by serving our community.   SIGN UP HERE
