Where do I park?
For ease in parking, plan to arrive about 10 minutes before the worship service begins. Our main parking lot flows from the entrance to the first floor sanctuary.
Where do I go first?
If this is your first visit, head to the sanctuary. Our Welcome Team stands throughout the narthex (entrance area) and can assist you with any questions you might have. If you have children with you, bring them with you into the sanctuary. Childcare is available for infants through age 3. Ushers stand inside the sanctuary to assist you in finding a seat in our pews.
How should I dress for church?
Dress however you feel comfortable! You will see a variety of styles, from jeans to dresses to suits to shorts.
How long are services?
Worship services run about 60 minutes.
What will my kids do during worship?
Childcare is available for infants through age 3, starting 15 minutes before the service. Older children start out worshipping with their church family. Children aged 4-grade 1 are invited to attend “Children’s Worship” after the children’s message, which is usually within the first 15 minutes of the worship service. If you prefer, all your children are welcome to stay and worship with you throughout the worship service. Kids in middle school and high school sit either with their families or with their peers during worship services.
How will I know how to follow the service?
The pastors and worship leaders will provide clear verbal instructions regarding when to stand; sit; sing; etc. Projection screens are used throughout worship. A printed outline order of worship is also available at the Welcome Center and on your mobile device by scanning a QR code found in the sanctuary pew racks.
What kinds of music will I hear?
Crossroads enjoys a wide range of musical styles led by extremely talented musicians. It is sometimes more contemporary including piano, guitars, drums, and a praise team and other times more traditional including piano, organ, and a choir.
What kinds of sermons will I hear?
Sermons are scriptural, Christ-focused, and practical for everyday living. Listen to our sermons here.
What version of the Bible is used?
We generally use the NRSV – our pew racks have NRSV Bibles available for your use if you don’t bring your own. The Scriptures are also projected on our large screens that hang in front of the sanctuary.
How many people attend worship?
The sanctuary seats about 650 and most Sundays we average 200.
When and how is Communion celebrated?
We celebrate Communion on the first Sunday of each month during both worship services. All baptized believers are welcome to partake in Communion by coming forward to receive individual cups with grape juice and pieces of bread. Gluten-free is also available.
What kind of disability assistance is available?
Parking spots for anyone needing extra assistance are clearly marked and close to the main entrance. Crossroads has an elevator that is located near the church offices. Assisted listening devices (loop/T-coil) are available for use in the sanctuary.
What happens after services?
You are invited to gather in the narthex and/or near the Christian Life Center with a cup of coffee and get to know the church family. If you’re new to Crossroads, please stop by the Welcome Center near the main entrance for additional ways to connect.
Can I meet with Pastors and/or staff?
