Wellness In Transitions…Keeping Your WITs About You
During times of transition (getting married, having a baby, child leaving home, loss of a loved one, retirement, moving, changing jobs, etc.), we can find ourselves feeling off balance. How we respond is determined by our level of resilience. Rev. Dr. Scott Stoner, Pastoral Counselor, and Rev. Cheryl Galan, Transitional Pastor, will help us identify and strengthen the practices and habits needed to keep us resilient and flexible amidst the transitions we all encounter. Join us as we explore and learn how to build resilience through strengthening our spiritual life, our Christian community, and the care of our overall well-being. Times of transition, while never easy, are often times in our lives when our faith in Christ deepens and becomes even more real for us. No matter how great the change we may face, we always find comfort in our relationship with the One who is changeless.
