Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ozaukee County
Affiliated with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, each friendship or match established by BBBS Ozaukee is carefully administered and supported by rigorous standards and trained personnel. BBBS Ozaukee strives for matches that are not only safe and suited to the child’s needs, but also are harmonious and built to last. They provide ongoing support and guidance to the Big, Little and the Little’s Family, which helps create caring and fun mentoring relationships that make a profound and lasting impact in the lives of children.  Contact Bob A to get involved.

 

Our Next Generation
Help a Milwaukee elementary student at ONG at Homework Club for an hour. Contact: Wendy Jabas for more information.
Weekly volunteer opportunities are available for tutoring, mentoring, literacy aids, readers, speakers, and a presence at special events during the school year at the Milwaukee site on  Lisbon Ave and 34th Street.  ONG is a community based, non-profit organization providing academic support, life skills training, and enrichment programs for elementary through high school in Milwaukee.

 

 

S.E.A. Literacy 
Help refugee students in Milwaukee to be more fluent in English and be provided resources to succeed. We focus on assisting students with homework, ESL(English as a second language) activities, and developing social skills.  Weekly volunteer opportunities are available for tutoring.  Contact Sarah S to participate.
