Recreation: Yoga, Golf, Pickleball

Get to know your Crossroads family by joining events promoting physical activity and fellowship both indoors and outdoors.

Yoga

There will be no yoga from June 16-20!

Practice for a purpose to harmonize your mind, body, spirit, and breath. All skill levels welcome! Freewill offerings will be directed to Mercy Chefs: Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts.

In-person classes in the upper level Fireside Room:

  • Yoga – Balanced Mind & Body: Tuesdays, 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. 
  • Yoga – Slow Flow Tuesday: Tuesdays, 5:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m.
  • Yoga – Slow Flow Wednesday:  Wednesdays, 5:30–6:30 p.m.

Virtual classes offered via Zoom:

  • Yoga – Gentle Tuesday (virtual): Tuesdays, 9:00–10:00 a.m.

Golf

Women’s Golf: Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. in Mee-Kwon Park from June-August.

Pickleball

Crossroads Pickleball exists to foster community for church members through recreation. Groups meet at various times throughout the week for those at all levels of play. True beginners should connect with Jane Connors for an introductory lesson about the game in general and about how to use our two-court setup appropriately.
