All-Church Potluck Brunch on June 2

After the 9:30 a.m. Festival Communion service come attend an all-church potluck brunch in the CLC! Besides being a great opportunity for fellowship when we make room and take time for each other, we will also be recognizing all the individuals who have served as teachers, leaders, and shepherds in the past year. It will be Teacher Appreciation Day! Bring a dish to share and spend some time thanking the people who give their time and talents to the faith formation of our whole congregation by serving in every kind of education at Crossroads: as our children’s Sunday School, Delta Club, Scooters Club, Milestone Ministries, and VBS teachers; as our Youth leaders of all kinds; as our Adult Education study leaders; and more! This is a celebration for our entire church family. We hope to see you there! Please sign up in the narthex soon or click here to sign up to bring a dish to share.

Commissioning of Summer Leaders on June 2

Crossroads is a busy and vital place all summer long, thanks to the many people who give of their time to support our many active ministries. If you will be serving as a new D-group leader, or as a leader on Work Crew at VBS, VBX, or The GreatEscape; attending the Wyoming or Milwaukee Caravan mission trips; or working with Habitat for Humanity or our Mission Garden for Family Sharing; we want to commission you during the 9:30 a.m. Festival worship service. Please be sure to come pray and be prayed for that morning!

KNOWN: Make Room, Take Time, Shine On!
The Lord said to Moses, “I have known you by name.” (Exodus 33:17) We are created with a deep desire to be known—by God and by others. How do we get to know each other and the God who cares for us all? We can make room and take time to show God’s love to one another and our community. This summer at Crossroads—come be known, share your stories, and let your light shine!
