PNC Congregational Conversation
Sunday, May 4, 10:15-11:45

The Pastoral Nominating Committee is inviting all youth and members to participate in a second 90-minute conversation. While our first conversation explored what makes Crossroads unique, this session will focus on discerning our hopes and expectations for our next Senior Pastor. Together, we’ll work to create a clear vision of the leadership qualities and characteristics that will best serve our congregation’s future. Your perspectives will directly inform how we present ourselves to potential pastoral candidates and guide our search process.

Registration here is required as we pre-assign tables. Snacks will be provided and childcare is available for children in grade 5 and below.
